This is the first time I've felt the urge to make a journal entry here, apart from a short introduction that I wrote when I first joined. I just wanted to mark the occasion of the purchase of my new Nikon D70 and gloat a little!
I won't physically have it for another week yet, as one of my best friends bought it for me overseas and won't be in Brisbane until the weekend after next. I bought the kit lens and will be saving up for a macro lens as soon as I can.
This is big news for me, because almost everything in my gallery so far has been created with a 2MP camera. It's a great little camera, all things considered... but there are obviou
